We offer personalised luxury home organisation services, including consultations, in-home organisation, product sourcing, and styling. All services are customised to the unique needs of each client.

We reserve the right to discontinue or refuse services where necessary, including situations where client requests are outside our capacity or scope.

2. Bookings & Payments

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, as outlined at the time of scheduling

• Payment terms will be in your invoice or quote. Late payments will incur a fee

 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information.
In summary:

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or no-shows will be subject to a 100% fee

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing

To ensure the best possible outcome, clients agree to:

• Be present (or ensure access) during the scheduled appointment

• Maintain a respectful and safe environment for our team

• Provide accurate and complete information about the space and any concerns or preferences

We are not responsible for any undisclosed hazards or the condition of your belongings or home before our services.

5. Product Sourcing

Where product sourcing is part of your service:

• All sourced items remain your property once purchased

• Reimbursements for sourcing will be due in full as agreed in your invoice or quote

• We select products based on your aesthetic, budget, and functional needs

We do not accept refunds or returns for products already approved or used unless they are faulty.

While we take great care in handling your belongings and home, we are not liable for:

• Accidental damage, unless caused by negligence

• Loss due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., delays, third-party service issues)

• Pre-existing damage to items or property

We recommend that clients remove fragile, sentimental, or valuable items before service.
